Message When the Idle Closed switch makes, the car will settle into Idle Mode.. That Includes, Locking the ECU timing at 15 Deg, and Turning on the Air Injection, and Using a Separate Set of Fuel Trim Maps..
The Actual Ignition Position will be set by the Human that did the Tune up on the Car.. But If the ECU 'Thinks' the Ignition is at 25, then DO NOT PUT THE IGNITION AT 15.. put it where the ECU thinks it is..

Check/Adjust your TPS Voltage, and make sure your Throttle Closed Switch is Made when the Throttle is Closed.. You should be able to see the Switch Input from Data Scan..
